Amanda started with The Capricornian in February 2019 as our Branch Supervisor as we first launched and opened our Springsure branch, in conjunction with the Central Highlands Council. Amanda was instrumental in building and developing The Capricornian’s branch within the Springsure community. Following this successful appointment, Amanda opted to pursue an opportunity within our lending team, and moved to our East Street office as one of our Senior Lending Specialists. Amanda has over 20 years of experience in the Finance industry.

Seona started with The Capricornian in July 2016 as Branch Supervisor in Yeppoon. She then moved to our East Street Branch as Branch Supervisor in 2017. Seona then moved over to the Stockland branch as Branch Supervisor at the end of 2018. Then started over as a Contact Centre Lender from April 2020 until February 2022. Shortly after, Seona started her role as Home Finance Officer until applying for the Home Finance Manager position in August 2023.
Seona has 26 years experience within the finance industry and has only worked for Member Owned Institutions.
