Fixed Rate: Premium Choice Home Loan

1 Application fee applies. Additional repayments up to $10,000 without penalty in any twelve (12) month period. Applicable to fixed rate loans only.
In branch staff assisted redraw fee of $30 applies. Redraw is not available on fixed rate loan options.
+ Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) is required where the loan is greater than 80% of the value of the security property. This may vary based on the size and location of the property.
^ An increase margin of 0.50% will apply to interest only Owner Occupied variable and fixed rate loans. An increase margin of 0.30% will apply to interest only Investment variable and fixed rate loans. Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) is required for Interest Only loans where the loan is greater than 78% of the value of the security property.
#Fixed Rate Lock Fee allows you to secure a guaranteed fixed interest rate to protect you against potential interest rate increases that may occur during the settlement period of your loan. The Fee is 0.15% of the amount of credit or a minimum of $395. The fee will guarantee the Interest rate up to 60 days from the date of the Offer and Loan Contract.
< At conclusion of the fixed rate period, the loan converts to the Premium Choice Home Loan Variable Rate applicable to the loan amount at funding.

3 Account Service Fee Exemptions on Access Accounts where first account is exempt for eligible members who possess an active Variable Rate Offset (Country to Coast) Home Loan. $6.00 per month subsequent accounts on Personal Access, $10 per month subsequent on Business Access Accounts.
