Insurance Direct Debit Notification

We have been made aware of a processing error that took place overnight with our third party insurance provider.

Due to this error, members that have direct debits assigned to their accounts have had their regular insurance payment debited twice as at 1 October 2020.

We understand that our third parties are working hard to have this issue resolved as soon as possible, and all duplicate debits will be refunded back to customers as soon as possible.
