We understand that as a community we are facing unprecedented times, which is surrounded by uncertainty. Our staff are ready to help you with your financial situation. If you are worried about your financial position and facing difficulty meeting repayments on your loan, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Subject to your individual circumstances hardship assistance could include:

  • Extending your loan to reduce your repayments, and/or
  • Postponing your repayments for a period of time; or
  • Extending the term and postponing your repayments for a period of time.

Please note: Should a holiday repayment on your loan be approved, interest on your loan will continue to be charged during this period. This interest will be capitalised on your existing loan amount at the end of the repayment holiday period and your future repayments will be recalculated over the remaining term of the loan. This may result in your repayments increasing for the remainder of your loan term.
