Our priority is to care for our community, while remaining open for business during this difficult time. 

Our staff are ready to help you with your financial situation by providing clarity and certainty during this time. If you have concerns with your finances, please make contact with us early so we can support you through it.

  • Our branches are open and our friendly staff are able to assist with your banking enquiries as usual. We have taken the necessary hygiene precautions, and our branches are maintaining a vigorous cleaning routine throughout the day.
  • Our ATM’s are online and we will continue to fulfil and service our machines regularly.
  • Our Capricornian Contact Centre team are available to take your calls, and can assist with your banking needs. Call our local team on 1300 314 900 between 8.30am – 4.45pm, Monday to Thursday or 8.30am – 5.00pm on Friday.
  • You can manage your finances 24/7 via Online Banking or our mobile Cap App. Our branch and Capricornian Contact Centre teams can assist you with setting these up if you don’t have access just yet.

Like many other Central Queensland businesses, we are taking prudent steps to minimise disruption to our customers and staff from the current COVID-19 situation. To this end, there is no change to the opening hours of our seven branches in Central Queensland.

In line with advice from public health authorities, our staff have adopted a more vigorous cleaning and hygiene routine, while continuing to provide our usual excellent customer service.

As well as branch access, you have the options of:

  • Phoning our Capricornian Contact Centre team – 1300 314 900 (between 8.30am – 4.45pm, Monday to Thursday or 8.30am – 5.00pm on Friday) for enquiries, transactions and account opening;
  • Calling our telephone banking service – 1300 654 654 to make payments, transfers or check account balances;
  • Or accessing your accounts and services 24/7, through Online Banking or our Cap App (available on apple and android devices)

If you haven’t yet registered for telephone banking, Online Banking or the Cap App, please ask your friendly branch staff for assistance or call our Capricornian Contact Centre team.
