Capricornian Update – COVID-19

Like many other Central Queensland businesses, we are taking prudent steps to minimise disruption to our customers and staff from the current COVID-19 situation. To this end, there is no change to the opening hours of our seven branches in Central Queensland.
In line with advice from public health authorities, our staff have adopted a more vigorous cleaning and hygiene routine, while continuing to provide our usual excellent customer service.
As well as branch access, you have the options of:
• Phoning our Member Connect call centre – 1300 314 900 (between 8.30am – 4.45pm, Monday to Thursday or 8.30am – 5.00pm on Friday) for enquiries, transactions and account opening;
• Calling our telephone banking service – 1300 654 654 to make payments, transfers or check account balances;
• Or accessing your accounts and services 24/7, through Online Banking or our Cap App (available on apple and android devices)
If you haven’t yet registered for telephone banking, Online Banking or the Cap App, please ask your friendly branch staff for assistance or call our Member Connect team.
