Activate Your Visa Debit Card

Have you recently received your new Capricornian Visa Debit card? You can activate your card a number of ways! 

ACTIVATE VIA THE CAP APP

  • To activate your card; go to the main menu, then select the cards option, find the activate button and enter the expiry date listed on your Visa Debit card.
  • If you don’t have the Cap App just yet, download to your phone and follow the prompts to sign in using your online banking user name and password.

ACTIVATE VIA YOUR ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNT

  • To activate your card in your Online Banking account, log in with your member details, then go to Help and Services, then select card activation.
  • If you haven’t registered for Online Banking just yet, you can request access by completing this form. One of our staff will be in contact to assist with your set up.

  • Call our Contact Centre on 1300 314 900 during business hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm & Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
