We understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly that may place you in financial difficulty or hardship.

Should you find yourself in genuine hardship please contact us ASAP and we will work with you in a constructive way to aid in you meeting your financial commitments to us. With your agreement and commitment we will try to assist you to overcome your difficulties. We will strive to do this whether or not you have a right to seek a hardship variation or change under consumer credit laws.
