We take this commitment seriously, and over the next few months we’re making some big changes to our systems that will really enhance the way you track and manage your finances.
1. View pending card transactions in Online and Mobile Banking
You know that when you’ve been doing a lot of shopping, some transactions come through quicker than others. At the moment you can only view pending transactions as a total value but with our coming enhancements to Online and Mobile Banking, you will be able to view all of your individual pending transactions, and their details. This will be really useful in keeping track of where exactly your money is.
2. Redraw on your loans through Online Banking
If you need to find some extra cash quick, you can easily tap into your existing loans (where possible) to transfer funds into your transaction accounts using Online Banking, Mobile Banking and the cap app. If you’ve been making extra payments on your loans this can be particularly useful in an emergency.
3. Mobile Banking gets a boost
Don’t forget that our Mobile Banking option is also available to access on any smart device. In addition to viewing pending transactions in detail, Mobile Banking will now let you view and edit future payments on your accounts; easily transfer funds to other payees with The Capricornian; as well as manage BPAY Billers and existing personal payees with far more ease than ever before. In the past these features could only be accessed using Online Banking, or simply weren’t available.
